As our new Snowminds Market Associate for Sweden, you will become an important member of our core team of deeply passionate employees. Your mission will be to support the Market Manager and help drive all Snowminds business operations and recruiting efforts in Sweden. Overall, the work we do is all about helping people: in this case, offering more Swedes the opportunity to experience the time of their life as a Snowminds ski or snowboard instructor at resorts around the world. The Job as the Market Associate for Sweden:

We will work with you to match the right tasks and projects, which relate to your competencies and our company's targets. Such tasks, for example, will include:

​

• Supporting all Snowminds business development and recruiting efforts in Sweden. 

• Joining our Customer Experience Team and communicating with candidates verbally and in writing to secure them the best possible service. 

• Conducting ski instructor interviews and guiding our candidates to help them achieve the experience they dream of. 

• Assisting with presentations at events, such as the annual kick-off event, team leader weekend, information nights, reunion party, Roskilde Festival or similar events. 

• Working with our Marketing Manager to promote a variety of ski instructor courses and job opportunities for Swedes. 

• Optimizing our wide-array of business functions, websites and other systems in Sweden. 

• Conducting analysis that will support Snowminds' growth and strategy.

• Creating new projects inspired by your creativity and passion.

 

Qualifications:

​

In this role, you will be given real responsibility and expected to manage core tasks on your own. We have found that having an entrepreneurial mindset that flourishes when faced with new challenges is absolutely critical. That's why our team mantra is "whatever it takes"!

More specific qualifications also include:

​

• Ability to speak multiple Scandinavian languages (including, Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish) is highly desired. 

• Preferably educated as a ski instructor. 

• A winning personality and a motivation to be a part of a young and energetic team.

• A drive to help take a young market in Sweden to the next level. 

• A relevant academic background.

• A love to create and to enjoy the benefits of your own hard work!

At the moment, we are looking for a Market Associate on a part-time basis. We are flexible in terms of the starting date.
